Mango with vanilla yogurt sounds great. I bet it's good with vanilla ice cream, too.

Wow, you made that look super easy. My kids love it, but I was too scared to buy it. Perhaps I will give it a try soon!

Hi! I actually do it a way that is even easier and LESS messy-woohoo! You leave the peel on and slice down top to bottom along the pit. Then, score the flesh in the peel in a grid pattern, all the way thru to the peel but don't actually cut the peel. Then, you flip the peel "inside out" so all the mango "cubes" are poking out sort of play-doh-hair style and then just cut them off the peel. All cut up and harly any juice on your hands at all!! There is actually a video of this method on YouTube if you look for it-very helpful!

What a great tip! I'll definitely try this next time. Mangos are on sale this week, so I should be bringing a few home!

Genius! We just had mango tonight for dinner, so tasty. I wish I had read your post before I made dinner. I can't wait to get some more mangoes and try your tip.
