Sorry I can't help with recipes for sesame seeds. But if I come across any, I'll pass it on :-)

I know what you mean by missing certain fruits. We can get apples (red delicious or granny smith only), bananas and oranges. Sometimes grapes. Peaches in season only. Very occasionally strawberries or blueberries but they're SO expensive. And it's not like there's even some native fruit to take the place of what we can't find. *sigh*

But you can't beat the beef we're able to buy! :-)

You can get Ritz crackers? I can't, nor even any facsimile of a Ritz. There are saltine type crackers and whole grain crackers. The end. I wonder, can you make Ritz crackers? And if you can, would I be able to find the ingredients? Hmmmm, will have to check that out.

Sounds yummy.
I have a family favorite poppy seed chicken recipe. But it's been around forever and I bet you have it already. I'll put it out there anyway.

3-4 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Mix all of these together and set aside
1-2 sleeves of Rirz crackers crushed
1 stick butter melted
2 T. poppy seeds
Mix these together and begin layering in casserole dish.
Cracker mixture, chicken, and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 375 for about 40 min. until golden brown. Your gonna be a star. It's delicious!
