I never went that far north (I didn't visit Chang Mai, either; just Bangkok and Ko Chang (Elephant Island). When I was on Ko Chang, I had this wonderful shake made with pineapple. I've always wondered what else was in it. It was so delicious. If you ever have one of those and figure out how to make one, I would be most grateful :) It was so refreshing. Congratulations!
